One of the founders of the Black Lives Matter movement was in Seattle Wednesday talking about her life and the future of the movement.
Patrisse Khan-Cullors appeared at Seattle First Baptist Church to promote her book When They Call You A Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir.
"I see this book also as a movement tool. I want people to use it, to teach it, to not just have it be this thing that feels entertainment, but rather how can we move people to action through this literature," Khan-Cullors said
She says the book is a labor of love for the movement and for black families everywhere.
