Firefighters closed off several blocks in Seattle's Central District after reports of a sulfur-like smell in the neighborhood Sunday.
Firefighters received the call just before 1 p.m. of a DOA (possible body) and a noxious smell at a building in the 2000 block of E. Cherry Street. Residents reported smelling it from several blocks away.
The building was evacuated for possible hazardous chemicals, and several blocks were cordoned off to traffic and pedestrian activity.
