Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has been added to the team’s practice report with a hamstring injury. Despite the listing, Wilson was a full participant in Wednesday’s session.

Left guard Ethan Pocic also appeared on the most recent report, sidelined from practice with an ankle injury. Pete Carroll had named Pocic on Wednesday as an option to replace starter Justin Britt this weekend should the center not recover in time from his sore shoulder.

Wide receiver Doug Baldwin and linebacker K. J. Wright still have yet to return to practice. Defensive end Dion Jordan and free safety Earl Thomas also sat out Wednesday, but were not listed with injuries and likely taking veteran rest days.

Guard D. J. Fluker (hamstring), cornerback Tre Flowers (hamstring), safety Delano Hill (hamstring) and linebacker Bobby Wagner (groin) all returned to full practice Wednesday afternoon.

Here’s a look at the complete practice reports for both the Seahawks and the Cowboys.
