Bill's amendment could harm state distilleries
A bill to help struggling distilleries in this state could backfire because of an effort to keep alcohol away from children. Senate Bill 55-49 would allow distilleries to open separate tasting rooms off-site and serve cocktails. But an amendment to that bill would ban minors.
