SEATTLE -- Today, the Wah Mee Gambling club remains closed. In February 1983, 3 young men entered the club, hogtied 14 people and shot the victims. 13 people died.One man, Wai Chin, survived the massacre and helped police solve the case.
Seattle Police Captain Neil Low helped protect Chin so he could testify at the killers' trials. One of the men involved in the plot, Tony Ng, was convicted of robbery and assault. He is eligible for parole in 2014.
