SEATTLE — Sy Rosen has written for your TV favorites like MASH, The Wonder Years, and Frasier, but more recently his short film "The Matchmaker" takes a humorous look at an otherwise difficult subject. The film depicts one man's struggle to find his aging mother a friend at her nursing home in the hopes that the mental stimulation will help her ward off Alzheimer's disease. The story is loosely based off Rosen's own experience and features TV legends like Rhea Perlman, Barbara Bain, and Robert Romanus. Rosen joins New Day Northwest to tell us more about the film.
