TUKWILA, Wash. — Holden Southcenter, the new retirement community in Tukwila, is almost ready to open and expects to have its ribbon-cutting ceremony in early June.
Executive Director Justin Ashton said he has a leadership team in place and they are excited about opening.
The community will offer varying levels of care from no assistance to basic care like grooming and medication management. There will also be memory care, and a 24-hour care staff and nurse on site.
Residents will get to enjoy a rooftop courtyard with mountain and river views, that includes an outdoor kitchen and fire pits. The building will have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartment options with designer kitchens, modern appliances and more.
Ashton said they do still have availability, but spots are filling up fast.
