SEATTLE -- In Seahawks Country, it's hard to go anywhere without seeing the blue and green. With so much pride on display, it's hard to stand out unless you have a lot of Christmas lights and a large cement truck.

Fans at CenturyLink Field on Sunday saw it -- a spectacle that has continues to attract honking horns and fans pulling out their cell phones to snap pictures. Seahawks die-hards just can't get enough of the glow.

"People are really enjoying the whole thing," explained Marvin Prince of Bayview Redi-Mix in Aberdeen.

"We've had a lot of fun with it, and it's been a great experience so far," said Prince.

For more than two decades, Prince and his relatives of family-owned Bayview Redi-Mix light up one of their mixers for a local parade. Each year calls for a special parade theme. For 2014, the theme was the "12 Days of Christmas," and it was that number 12 that had Marvin's nephew thinking football.

"My nephew was pretty creative," said Prince. "He took a projector and shot the image of the Seahawk on the side of the barrel and was able to trace it out with the lights."

It took a week of planning and hard work, but it sure paid off. The end result was an instant crowd-pleaser.

"It was amazing to see the people the way they flock to it," said Prince. "The 12 lives, there's no doubt about it."

Typically, the family leaves the lights up for about a week after Christmas. However, this time is different. The blue and green bulbs will continue to shine into the New Year.

"This year we've kept them on a little bit longer just because of the Seahawks push and everything," said Prince.

Don't be surprised to see the famed Seahawks truck at Century Link Field on January 10 for the next home game.
