SEATTLE — Looking for a place to play while celebrating Seattle’s 50th annual PrideFest this weekend? The W Seattle Hotel will be hosting various events on both Saturday and Sunday. The hotel was the first hotel to fly the pride flag in the city. This milestone year promises to be one of the biggest celebrations honoring half a century of LGBTQ+ pride.

The highlight on Saturday night is a drag concert hosted by Macy Marcs and featuring performers like Judas Joe and Queen Andrew Scott starting at 8:00 p.m.

"There's no better way to kick off Pride than a Lady Gaga concert. We don't exactly have that, but what we do have is one of the best Lady Gaga impersonators Judas Joe Mansion down here at the W, which is the official hotel for Seattle PrideFest," Macy Marcs said.

Before the parade begins at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, the W Seattle will be hosting a Sip and Slay Drag Brunch featuring an array of delicious food like Summer Berry Caprese Salad, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and Market Quiche. They will also be serving several pride-themed cocktails both alcohol and non-alcoholics. While you eat you can enjoy a performance by drag performer Anita Spritzer. When you're done simply walk out the front door since the parade route is just outside!
