Check out the 2023 Seattle Mariners menu for T-Mobile Park

Whether fans crave burgers and waffle fries or Chinese dumplings and luau plates, the new menu is diverse and delicious. #k5evening

SEATTLE — The 2023 Seattle Mariners food menu includes a re-imagined spicy chicken sandwich, ice cream from Salt & Straw, and local pizza with a cult following.

"I'm really excited about bringing all that's new this year,” said Javier Rosa, executive chef for T-Mobile Park.

Popular West Seattle deep-dish pizza joint MOTO created a special rectangular-shaped pie, which is only available at the ballpark. Grabbing an order at a game is easier than dining at the restaurant, which has a month-long waiting list.

Salt & Straw’s handmade ice cream is also new to the stadium, with a T-Mobile park exclusive flavor: Beecher’s Flagship Cheese with apple pie cinnamon roll.

Returning vendor Marination has a new option for its popular luau plate: sweet ginger miso chicken. Din Tai Fung also expands to two locations, and a new menu item.

"They have right now a salt and pepper popcorn chicken that I tried, I'm telling you I will be there pretty much twice a day,” Rosa laughed.

He and his team updated the Holy Smoke BBQ menu, adding BBQ pork wings and a giant loaded baked potato with pulled pork and jalapeno cheese sauce.

"You can share if you want to, or you can eat it alone," he said. "It's up to you.”

The stadium’s spicy chicken sandwich has also been updated with a “Mind Blown Sauce” Rosa personally created.

For Mexican food options, Edgar’s Cantina has some new items including crispy fish taquitos and quesadillas.

“We have a shrimp quesadilla and brisket quesadilla with chipotle crema, pico de gallo, and pineapple on it,” he said. "Instead of being open, we fold it — that way people can have the quesadilla, hold it, and start walking and eating the quesadilla, they don't have to wait for that."
