SEATTLE — Lumen Field's Home Taste Advantage, a food and beverage program, is designed to reflect the passion and excitement that fans experience on event days. It is about enhancing the fan experience.

“We have a few really exciting things going on right now, a little bit of everything that you can get around Seattle,” said Lumen Field Sr. Executive Chef Sean Borst. “It's all about the experience.”

The District Market includes offerings like Butter Wings, Chicken Teriyaki and Pork Belly Burnt Ends Bowl. The Home Taste Advantage Stands consist of nachos, a Footlong Dog and a Teriyaki Short Rib Sandwich.

The new menu includes a Korean barbecue turkey leg and a delicious Fiesta mac and cheese — it's Beecher's mac and cheese with all the toppings.

One of Borst's favorites is Bar Dojo because their play on food is Spanish Asian fusion. Located in sections 208 & 236.

They serve Poké nachos, which is marinated sashimi-grade ahi tuna poke, unagi, Fresno peppers, wonton chips, cilantro aioli, Sriracha mayo, furikake and scallions. They also do the popular Birria ramen, a marinated sashimi grade ahi tuna poke, unagi, Fresno peppers, wonton chips, cilantro aioli, Sriracha mayo, furikake and scallions.

Seahawks Legend Kam Chancellor and his restaurant Legion Sports Bar signed up with Lumen Field to bring his smash burger to the Twelves. Bam Bam Smash Burger is located in section 122.

You can try their Bam Bam Smash, a traditional smash burger from the Legion menu featuring double American cheese, Cajun onions, pickles and Dijon sauce. If you are looking for something spicier, try the “Seattle Smash" – A play on the famous "Seattle Dog," this burger features double Angus beef patties, double white American cheese with Seattle jalapeno cream cheese spread, and grilled onions. “Burgers made with love.”

“Going into the stadium, playing football and winning a Super Bowl for this team is a different type of feeling,” said former Seahawk Kam Chancellor. “But coming back and actually putting the business in the stadium, it's an amazing thing to do, man.”

When it comes to food, the Lumen Field is ready for this new season.
