Flagsheep recently won Gold at the World Championship Cheese Contest - Pasteurized cow and sheep’s milk - Dense, fruity, and earthy with a butterscotch sweetness

Flagship Reserve

Flagship Reserve recently won Gold at the World Championship Cheese Contest, as was named in the top 20 out of over 3,300 entries

Pasteurized cow’s milk - Clothbound and open-air aged, where the cheese loses 14-16% moisture and concentrates the flavor.

Been named America’s Best Clothbound Cheddar by the American Cheese Society four times (last time was 2022)

Flagship / Flagship Sticks

Flagship Sticks was the recent Silver winner at the World Championship Cheese Contest in the Natural Cheese Snack category
