Take holiday baking to the next level, by turning delectable cinnamon rolls into desserts like bread pudding, cake pops, even ice cream! Chef Jerilyn Brusseau, creator of the Cinnabon cinnamon roll, shared several recipes, including a decadent Cinnabon bread pudding.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
3 Cinnabon classic rolls or 8 MiniBons
2 cups whole milk
4 eggs
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel sauce
Directions:
- Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Place cut rolls into large bowl and pour egg mixture over the rolls
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until pudding is set and internal temperature is 175 F
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve
