- Ayala Champagne Brut Majure. Ayala is in the process of converting their vineyards to organic. They've used no herbicides since 2019, and they'll be energy self-sufficient by next year.
- Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha Borsao is the leading producer of Garnacha in the northern Spanish region of Campo de Borja. They have 250 acres of certified organic vines, and a deep commitment to managing their environmental impact, including water reclamation, sourcing power from solar panels adjacent to the winery, and continued and increased usage of wind farms along the Moncayo range.
