SEATTLE — It's important for children to feel secure early on in life so they can develop the confidence to face future challenges. Children who struggle with worrying may keep worrying well into their adult years. Behavioral Therapist Dr. Gregory Jantz joins New Day Northwest to talk about how to alleviate this stress on children.

Dr. Jantz wrote an article in Psychology Today detailing the pattern children can fall into if they worry too much. Dr. Jantz will go over the difference between worry and anxiety, what a pattern of worrying looks like, and how to help kids feel more secure.
