Laugh your way to better health

Some say that laughter is the best medicine and today Dr. Ted Brown from EvergreenHealth's MS Center in Kirkland joins us to explain the research that backs that up! The simple act of laughing stimulates organs and circulation, increases endorphin production, reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and provides a social connection that staves off depression and anxiety.

While everyone can benefit from a good laugh, Dr. Brown focuses on how health professionals have taken it to the next level to provide laughter therapy that can help patients with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological diseases.
