Oreo Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
For roll
- 25 Oreo cookies
- 2 to 3 tbsp milk
For filling
- Oreo cream
- 2 Tbsp milk
Directions:
1. Separate the Oreos
Twist the cookies and scrape off the cream into a bowl. Repeat until all of the cookies and cream are separated.
2. Crush the cookies.
Put the cookie pieces into a zip-top bag. Use a rolling pin to gently crush the cookie pieces until they form fine crumbs.
3. Make the dough
Transfer the cookie crumbs into a bowl. Add the milk of your choice a tablespoon at a time and combine until a thick paste forms. It should be dough-like and not runny.
4. Roll out the dough
On a piece of plastic wrap, shape the dough into a rectangle with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out evenly. Trim the edges so they're straight.
5. Mix the cream
Mix the cream with 2 tsp of milk, until smooth and creamy.
6. Spread the cream
Evenly spread the cream onto the cookie base.
7. Roll
Use the bottom layer of plastic wrap to smoothly guide your ingredients into a tight roll. If you have time, refrigerate
8. Slice.
Use a sharp knife and slice through the roll to make cute little sushi rounds.
Air Fryer Oreos
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup pancake baking mix, such as Bisquick.
- 12 Oreo cookies
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together egg, milk and pancake mix.
- Dip each cookie into pancake mixture. Place into parchment paper lined air fryer. Make sure cookies are not touching.
- Cook in air fryer for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
