Cole's Corner, Wash. — You can't miss the red truck and vintage camper alongside Highway 2, and the owner has a personality to match.
"Little Red's Coffee is at the Lake Wenatchee cut off you head to Leavenworth," said Aubrey Dickinson, owner of Little Red's Espresso and Bakery.
"We make really good coffee, cookies and many other things," said Dickinson.
"I first moved to California when I was younger and I didn't have any friends, so because I was new, I decided to make cookies to deliver in baskets."

Lucky for us Aubrey is back home in Washington -- and what she bakes at her coffee stand's kitchen every morning makes her plenty of friends.
"The chocolate chip cookies sell so quickly - I can't keep them in stock. I swear I turn pounds of butter when we do cookies it's pretty crazy."
Every cup has a handwritten message, some are sweet and some are sassy."
