SEATTLE — Pier 70 along Seattle's waterfront is for sale.
The 100,000-square-foot, three-story building was listed for sale by Newmark. It is currently owned by Triad Pier 70 LLC.
The current assessed tax value of the whole property is just over $37 million, according to King County records.
The pier is being sold to the highest bidder, with no purchase price listed.
There are currently five businesses housed in Pier 70. That includes AQUA by El Gaucho, Pub 70, Goodman Real Estate, Triad Development and Environmental Science Associates, an environmental consulting firm.
According to its listing, the pier was built in 1902 and renovated in 2000.
