Aston Martin DBS – found in barn – to be auctioned

COYS Spring Classics will auction the DBS on March 10, 2015 and estimates it will go for between £25,000 and £40,000.

On show at the Aston Martin Park Lane showroom, the rare car shows plenty of wear and tear after sitting in a barn in Surrey since 1980. COYS Spring Classics will auction the DBS on March 10, 2015 - with an estimate of £25,000 - £40,000.

The last ever production line Aston Martin DBS car is on display in London, England, ahead of an auction.

Now available to view at the Aston Martin Park Lane showroom, the rare car shows its age.

It was recently discovered sitting in a barn in Surrey. It had been there since 1980, which was apparent from its broken windows, missing trim and rust.

COYS Spring Classics will auction the DBS on March 10, 2015 and estimates it will go for between £25,000 and £40,000.

The DBS model, a James Bond favorite, was produced between 1967 and 1972.

A COYS managing partner told the BBC, they estimated the cars price base on its condition, but it could go for much more at auction.
