BELLEVUE, Wash. — The final sale price for Russell Wilson and Ciara's expansive Bellevue waterfront mansion has finally been revealed.
The former Seahawks quarterback's estate sold for $21.2 million, per King County records filed this week.
According to Windermere, the house on Shoreline Drive was most recently listed at $24.9 million. When the 11,100-square-foot house initially went on the market, the couple also listed a land-only property, which sold for $9.75 million in 2022 to a different buyer. The lot had a basketball and pickleball court with 110 feet of lakefront property.
The buyer is listed as Schoen Trust Company on behalf of a revocable trust.
The lakefront property has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a cinema, a dock and a two-story treehouse.
The exterior has three patios, twelve parking spots and a two-story treehouse. There is also a dock and two jet ski lifts, according to a listing on Windermere's website. The mansion has a glam room, a professional gym and a three-story elevator.
The house was originally listed at $28 million in April 2022, about a month after he was traded to the Denver Broncos.
Wilson originally purchased the home in 2015 from a former Microsoft employee and his wife, per the Puget Sound Business Journal.
After signing a contract worth in excess of $200 million with the Broncos, Wilson was released by the team in March after less than two seasons with the franchise. He later signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
