SEATTLE — A 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg in south Seattle Tuesday night.
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Martin Luther King Jr. Way South at South Snoqualmie Street. According to Seattle police, the teen was driving southbound on MLK Way and turned westbound on Snoqualmie when someone shot at him. The victim was then taken to Harborview Medical Center.
Police say another car was hit by gunfire and the shooter fled the scene.
According to the Seattle Police Department public information officer, the suspect was believed to be driving a gray Honda.
