2 juveniles injured in drive-by shooting in downtown Seattle

Police said both victims were transported to the hospital, one in stable condition and the other in serious condition.

SEATTLE — Police are investigating after two juveniles were injured in a drive-by shooting in downtown Seattle early Saturday morning.

The Seattle Police Department said officers responded to the 300 block of Pike Street at 1:11 a.m. after receiving a report of multiple shots fired and people running.

Arriving officers reportedly found two juveniles with gunshot wounds. Police said both victims were transported to the hospital, one in stable condition and the other in serious condition.

The events leading up to the shooting are still under investigation. Police did not provide any information on potential suspects.
