Driver of 'Belltown Hellcat' charged with stalking, sharing intimate images

Miles Hudson was charged with stalking and disclosing intimate images without consent.
The judge found that Hudson's email response to the court was not sufficient and awarded the city $83,600.

SEATTLE — The driver of the "Belltown Hellcat" is facing yet another criminal charge in Seattle after allegedly stalking and sharing sexual videos of a former partner with her ex-boyfriend.

Miles Hudson, 21, is charged with stalking and disclosing intimate images without consent. Both are considered domestic violence misdemeanor crimes, per court documents.

He has become infamous in Seattle due to his vehicle's modifications which make it loudly rev, often late at night near his apartment in the city. Hudson recently was served a default judgment in a civil case filed by the city of Seattle, ordering Hudson to pay over $83,000 after not properly responding and getting his vehicle into compliance with noise control code.

The woman Hudson is charged with stalking previously filed a restraining order against him, saying he was showing up at her work and shared videos with others of the two having sex.

A Seattle police report indicates that the woman said she dated Hudson for a month and a half before breaking up and wanting him to not contact her. She says he showed up at her work with a sign that read "I'm delusional for you," refusing to leave when the woman asked a bouncer for help. The report states the woman says she took an Uber home and was met there by Hudson, who argued with her and eventually threw the sign over her fence.

Hudson apparently went to his Twitch account and talked about going to the woman's workplace and home, with a Seattle Police Department detective saying they took a screenshot of Hudson holding up the sign on the live stream.

The woman told police that Hudson then shared a video of the two having sex with her ex-boyfriend. Police contacted the ex-boyfriend, who said Hudson had sent him the video through Instagram. He shared screenshots of his conversation with Hudson with police, and detectives are also looking into surveillance footage of the suspect showing up at the woman's work.

Hudson's next hearing in the case is scheduled for July 3.

Hudson's various criminal cases

Along with the above case, Hudson still is facing two reckless driving charges after filming himself driving over 100 mph through Seattle. His next hearing in that case is scheduled for July 29.

Hudson also had a recent hearing in relation to an assault case out of Renton. The Renton Police Department told KING 5 that Hudson's mother, Rebecca, who is also the registered owner of the "Belltown Hellcat," came to city hall to report a domestic violence incident involving Miles. She told police he had "pulled over the chair she was sitting in," Renton police said. Miles was sitting in his mom's car in the parking lot, and an officer came out and arrested him on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

KING 5 has requested additional court documents in the Renton assault case. In a hearing Monday, Hudson's case was pushed back to Aug. 5 to allow him additional time to get a mental health evaluation that was requested by the court.

Significant fines

While not a criminal complaint, Hudson additionally is now on the hook for $83,619.97 after Seattle was granted a default judgment against Hudson.

“Today's ruling is a meaningful step toward stopping Mr. Hudson’s hazardous and nuisance activity. Our laws matter, and it's time for him to comply with them." said Seattle City Attorney Ann Davison in a statement after the default judgment was granted.

The judgment also included a provision that Hudson must still bring the vehicle into compliance, according to the City Attorney's Office. Hudson told the court at his default judgment hearing that he was still gathering all the necessary parts.
