Man found shot dead after Tukwila police investigate single-car crash

Tukwila police have not released any information on what might have led up to the fatal shooting.

TUKWILA, Wash. — A man was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound after officers responded to a single-car collision in Tukwila on Sunday, the Tukwila Police Department (TPD) confirmed.

TPD said officers were dispatched Sunday afternoon to a collision in the 11600 block of Tukwila International Boulevard just after 5 p.m. A male occupant of the one vehicle involved was found with gunshot wounds, police said.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. TPD closed the road in the area while the investigation was ongoing.
