TACOMA, Wash. The final defendant in the killing of an Edgewood man after he posted a Craigslist ad has been found guilty of first-degree murder.
Clabon Berniard was also found guilty on two counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree assault and one count of first-degree burglary for the April 28, 2010 incident in which Jim Sanders was killed.
Three other suspects were found guilty and are serving sentences ranging between 71 and 124 years in prison.
Prosecutors said the four defendants robbed the home after the Sanders family posted an ad for a ring on Craigslist. Jim Sanders was killed while trying to protect his family.
