SEATTLE — The "Belltown Hellcat" driver violated his conditions of release with social media activity, a Seattle judge ruled on Monday.
Miles Hudson was in court in connection to his two outstanding criminal cases in the city: one from March connected to alleged reckless driving in downtown and the other accusations of stalking and sharing intimate images of a former partner through Instagram.
As part of his conditions of release, Hudson was not allowed to post on Instagram or Twitch. The judge ruled that Hudson changing the handle of his infamous srt.miles account to not.srtmiles and adding a disclaimer that he wasn't posting directly to the account, as well as using a different account to post to Instagram stories violated those release conditions.
Hudson's bail was increased to $15,000 in the stalking and sharing of intimate images case and a new bail of $2,500 was set in his reckless driving case. Hudson also remains barred from posting or streaming any content on Instagram or Twitch, and his "Belltown Hellcat" vehicle cannot be operated on any public roadway in the state of Washington.
His next hearing in the stalking and sharing of intimate images case is set for Sept. 16 at 8:45 a.m. In the reckless driving case, Hudson has a readiness hearing scheduled for Oct. 4 at 8:45 a.m. and a jury trial will commence on Oct. 8.
The next time Hudson is currently scheduled to be in a Seattle courtroom is for his civil case filed against him by the city, set for Sept. 10 at 10 a.m.
