LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Deputies are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead at the Brio Condo apartments on 35th Avenue West early Tuesday morning.
Snohomish County Sheriff's deputies responded to the complex just before midnight to a report of an assault with a weapon. When they arrived, they found a man dead inside his apartment. They do not know what kind of weapon was used.
Detectives are currently checking for surveillance footage, trying to find any potential witnesses and working on identifying a suspect. A neighbor reported the assault to 911, but did not witness the attack itself. They believe the attack was targeted.
