SEATTLE — Two people were arrested in Seattle Wednesday afternoon following a police pursuit of a vehicle suspected to be involved in a drive-by shooting.
Both suspects will be booked into King County Jail on felony charges, according to Seattle police.
Seattle Fire said medics treated a 32-year-old man and 28-year-old woman at the scene. They were transported to the hospital for further care.
The incident began when Seattle police officers saw the vehicle near Fourth Avenue and South Lucile Street. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the suspects fled.
Multiple officers and King County Sheriff's Office's Guardian One helicopter were involved.
Officers eventually stopped the vehicle using a PIT maneuver in the 900 block of Airport Way South.
Seattle police found multiple guns in the vehicle.
There were also three dogs in the vehicle. There were no reported injuries to the dogs.
