3 ways to start your new year fitness goals: Seattle-area fitness coach shares at-home exercises

Having an "accountability partner" is one way to set yourself up for fitness success.

SEATTLE — Instead of waiting until 2024 to start your health and fitness goals - there are benefits to starting during the Christmas weekend.

Jess Bowlby, a coach with Orangetheory, stopped by the KING 5 studios to demonstrate three at-home exercises. 

Bowlby said joining a class, finding a training partner, or getting a fitness coach, are all positive ways to kickstart your New Year health and fitness goals.

If you're starting from scratch - Bowlby said people can do at-home exercises to ease into a routine.
