WILDERNESS RIM, Wash. — Two homes near North Bend caught fire early Monday morning, displacing seven people, according to Eastside Fire & Rescue.
A fire ignited between the two homes at around 1 a.m. in the area of Southeast 174th Street in Wilderness Rim.
The fire spread to both homes causing significant damage. Both fires have since been put out.
There were two occupants of one home and five in the other. They have been displaced due to significant damage to the structures.
Fire crews say they do not believe this was an arson. An investigation will determine the official cause.
No injuries were reported.
