BELLEVUE, Wash. — At least 15 units been displaced after a fire in a Bellevue apartment on Saturday afternoon.
The Bellevue Fire Department responded to an apartment at Northeast 10th Street and 106th Avenue Northeast around 1:30 p.m.
Firefighters found the apartment full of smoke, but the fire had been put out by the unit's sprinkler system.
Fire officials tell KING 5 that no one was injured, however, between 15 to 20 units have been temporarily displaced due to water damage.
Officials are still assessing how many people in total have been impacted.
The American Red Cross also responded to the scene to help the several families who are displaced. The Red Cross said volunteers are working with those affected and will offer assistance based on individual needs.
