Jackelin Perez, 21, went missing from her Auburn home on the evening of Oct. 13. Police have reason to believe she was taken "under duress."

AUBURN, Wash. — One person has been arrested in connection to the disappearance of a pregnant Auburn woman. Police believe more people may be involved.

According to the Auburn Police Department, 21-year-old Jackelin Perez went missing on the evening of Oct. 13. She recently moved to Auburn from Guatemala with her husband, speaks limited English and is six weeks pregnant. Authorities say she was "taken from her home under duress," and they do not believe this to be a random incident.

Auburn police, the FBI and other agencies tracked one of the suspects in her disappearance, a 24-year-old, to Texas, where law enforcement arrested the suspect on Oct. 19. Authorities believe more people are involved and are working to locate them.

According to APD, Perez is still missing. She has brown hair and brown eyes, stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall and is 111 pounds. She has a scar on her left cheek.

Anyone with information about Perez's whereabouts is asked to call the APD Tip Line at 253-288-7403.
