Community plans fundraiser for Bothell fire victims

Nearly a week after a 3-alarm fire destroyed and damaged more than a dozen businesses along Main Street, the community of Bothell is hosting a fundraiser to try and help fire victims.

Nearly a week after a 3-alarm fire destroyed and damaged more than a dozen businesses along Main Street, the community of Bothell is hosting a fundraiser to try and help fire victims.

The "Block Party" has been organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary club.

The event will feature music, food and a wine and beer garden; with all the proceeds going to a fund established to help the victims. Firefighters and police will be at the event, as well.

The event will run from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., at 10115 Main St.
