Washington consumers who bought a TV, Notebook, color-screen iPod, color-screen cell phone or computer monitor between 1998 and 2006 have until Friday, September 30, to file for a refund with the state.
This offer applies to purchases of electronics with LCD screens and spurs from a federal lawsuit in 2010.
The lawsuit accused LCD manufacturers of fixing prices in a conspiracy to drive up consumer costs by as much as 20 percent.
Then in 2015, Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced nine companies would be returning $63 million to Washington consumers for violating antitrust laws.

The AG is warning consumers to avoid third-party sites offering to file claims in exchange for a share of the promised restitution. The Attorney General's office is providing that service for free.
