SEATTLE — A man was shot in Auburn on Wednesday night after he was confronted by two suspects, according to the Auburn Police Department.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. in the 600 block of M Street Northeast, near a church and a 7-Eleven.
The man was walking to his car when two suspects, dressed in all black, approached him and attempted to rob him, police said. The man was then shot at least once. He was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
Police are searching for the suspects, who ran from the scene, using the department's K9s.
