4 people injured in two-car crash in SeaTac

Three people are being treated for life-threatening injuries, according to first responders.

SEATAC, Wash. — Firefighters and medics responded to a two-car crash in SeaTac on Friday afternoon which left four people injured, according to King County Medic One. 

First responders arrived to the scene around 4 p.m. in the 3200 block of South 200th Street in SeaTac, just south of Angle Lake. The King County Sheriff's Office said two sedans were involved in the crash. At least one person was trapped inside an overturned car. 

Three people suffered life-threatening injuries and one other person was treated for moderate injuries, according to Puget Sound Fire on X. The patients were transported to Harborview Medical Center and other local hospitals.

Officials said South 200th Street is closed while the King County Sherriff's Office Major Accident Response and Reconstruction Unit (MARR) investigates. There is no estimate for when it will reopen.
