EVERETT, Wash. --One person was injured in a fire at Boeing's Everett plant Monday morning, confirms a City of Everett official.
Several fire crews are at the scene after a 911 call came in around 11 a.m. Details about the fire or what may have caused it are not available, but Rick Robinson with Everett Fire Department said a medic unit from the scene was headed to Harborview Medical Center.
Spokesperson Kate Reardon said one person was transported to Harborview, but she could not confirm the person's condition.
My Everett News reports Everett Fire Department said one person was seriously burned person. There is no word if the injured worker is a Boeing employee or a contract worker.
