Meet Point Defiance Zoo tiger cub triplets Kirana, Dari and Indah,

TACOMA, Wash. - The Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in Tacoma says three Sumatran tigers born two months ago are ready to go on public display.

Kirana, Dari and Indah are all females. They've been behind the scenes with their mother Jaya while they put on weight. They each weighed about 3 pounds at birth and now weigh about 15 pounds each.

The zoo says the triplets are a cause for celebration for the endangered species. Only about 300 remain in the wild on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. About 400 live in zoos worldwide.
