If you are looking for a holiday season outing the whole family can enjoy, visit Garden d'Lights at Bellevue Botanical Garden.
Volunteers used more than half a million sparkling lights to create a blossoming show of flower and critter displays. This year's displays include a dragon, birds, sea creatures and more.
Garden d'Lights will be open every night through Dec. 31 from 4:30 to 9 p.m., including holidays.
Since this winter wonderland is an outdoor event, arrive bundled up. If you need a break from the cold, hot drinks and treats from Copper Kettle Coffee Bar are available for purchase at the indoor seating area.
Visitors can expect to walk 3/4 of a mile. Garden d'Lights has both full mobility and limited mobility paths.
The cost of entry is $5 for general admission and free for children ages 10 and younger. Buy tickets online here.
