UPDATE - Power has been restored for all customers.
Snohomish County Public Utilities reports that a transmission line is down, leaving 7,000 residents without power.
The transmission line that's out-of-service feeds into the Pinehurst Substation, which services South Everett between Madison and Silver Lake.
Servicemen have been dispatched to investigate.
