The Snohomish County Medical Examiner identified remains found near Snohomish as Jamie Haggard, a Kenmore mom of two missing since 2016.
Haggard was 27-years-old when she disappeared in June 2016. Her remains were discovered by a roadside cleaning crew near SR 522 in Snohomish County in May 2018.
Authorities say Haggard is a homicide victim. The investigation remains open and there is no suspect information at this time, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.
