Man dies in SeaTac after reporting his own stabbing to 911

A man called the King County Communications Center to report he had been stabbed. He was later found unresponsive by SeaTac police.

SEATAC, Wash. — A man died after reporting his own stabbing to 911 in SeaTac late Monday night. 

King County Communication Center received a call from a man who reported he had been stabbed near the 18200 block of International Boulevard South at around 11:14 p.m. 

SeaTac police and fire were dispatched to the area to look for the man. After a search of the area, the victim was found unresponsive on the 17600 block of International Boulevard. 

Fire medics were unable to revive the man despite attempting advanced life-saving measures, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.

The victim was identified as a 24-year-old man. There are currently no suspects in the case. King County Major Crimes detectives are investigating.
