Seattle Restaurant Week preview: The Chef in the Hat

Today, The Chef in the Hat, Thierry Rautureau, shared several dishes from LUC, one of more than 160 restaurants across King County offering three-course dinners for $30, as part of Seattle Restaurant Week.

Seattle Restaurant Week kicks off this Sunday, April 10th, and all week chefs have stopped by to preview their special menus. Today, The Chef in the Hat, Thierry Rautureau, shared several dishes from LUC, one of more than 160 restaurants across King County offering three-course dinners for $30. Many are also offering special two-course lunches for $15.

Seattle Restaurant Week runs April 10 - 14, and April 17 - 21. NOTE: The special menus are not offered on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sunday brunch.
