Here's what release conditions the 'Belltown Hellcat' driver is accused of violating

Miles Hudson is in violation of his conditions of release, the company responsible for his electronic home monitoring said.
Miles Hudson's motion to set aside the default judgment of over $83,000 was also denied by the court.

SEATTLE — The drawn-out legal saga surrounding the infamous driver of the "Belltown Hellcat" continued Friday.

Miles Hudson has violated multiple terms of his release conditions for his two current criminal cases, according to the company responsible for managing his electronic home monitoring. Hudson currently faces one case where he is charged with reckless driving for speeding through downtown Seattle in his controversial vehicle and another where he allegedly stalked an ex-partner and then shared intimate images of them on Instagram.

A Sentinel case manager filed a violation report with the court on Friday morning, saying that Hudson is "currently not in compliance with the program rules we agreed upon." Earlier this week, the same case manager filed a report that Hudson had missed a compliance appointment and neither he nor his emergency contact could be reached by phone.

Hudson did appear for a compliance appointment on Oct. 2, the report says. "From 9/13/2024 to 10/02/2024 had several leaves that were 15 minutes to an hour long that he was not able to provide proof for," the case report says. Hudson apparently was going downstairs to let people up to his apartment, which is not allowed, according to the case manager.

"During this time Mr. Hudson claimed to have ordered DoorDash but was gone for longer than 15 minutes at a time, Mr. Hudson also did not provide proof of these purchases either," the report says. Hudson also disconnected his phone and did not let Sentinel know about this change.

A large part of Hudson's infamy in Seattle and beyond was his @srt.miles Instagram account, which has over 700,000 followers. Part of Hudson's release conditions were that he was not to post on any social media accounts.

"Mr. Hudson has posted on his TikTok page recently on 9/25, 9/5, 9/2, 8/27, 8/25, 8/23, 8/19 and 8/16 since he has re-enrolled with Sentinel," the Sentinel report says.

Hudson had a hearing scheduled for the morning of Oct. 4 in his criminal cases, but that was continued and a review hearing on his alleged electronic home monitoring violations is scheduled for Oct. 11 at 8:45 a.m. He does also still have a hearing scheduled for Oct. 8 at 8:45 a.m., so the alleged release violations could be addressed then.

In addition to his criminal cases, Hudson still owes the city of Seattle over $80,000 for a default judgment after officials filed a civil lawsuit against Hudson over his violations of noise control ordinances.
