SEATTLE -- With each new ingredient, Chef Jacques Nawar is making love.
The salad he assembles at his West Seattle Pizzeria Credo is a testament to the love of his life, who died of cancer four months ago.
He calls it Salad Sophia, and he'll make it for customers, beginning on Christmas Eve.
Salad Sophia has over 80 ingredients, with layers of sauces, roots, leafs, flowers and fruits.
"It's art and art is beauty and beauty is love and that's how I see Sophia." said Jacques as he assembled the tribute.
