A construction worker fell eight stories to a safety net Monday morning.
Seattle Fire Department officials said the man in his 30s sustained multiple broken bones in the fall. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center where he was in critical condition.
The incident happened near 8th Ave. and Lenora St. in downtown Seattle shortly before 11 a.m.
There was no immediate information about what led to the incident.
The area was blocked off to traffic as Seattle police investigated.
