Nearly 5,000 Seattle City Light customers woke up without power in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood Thursday morning.
Seattle City Lights says an equipment failure caused the power to go out just before 4 a.m.
Crews restored power to the neighborhood before 7 a.m.
