A witness said a heater was to blame for the fire.
Two people were burned in an RV fire at a homeless camp in Seattle, Feb, 11, 2016.

SEATTLE – Two people were pulled from a burning RV at a homeless camp in Seattle Thursday morning.

The fire was reported at 4:28 a.m. in the 2100 block of 15th Avenue W. in the Interbay neighborhood.

There was no immediate word on the conditions of the victims, a man and woman in their 20s.

Firefighers say cooking stove fuel that accidentally spilled near a portable heater is the cause.

The Interbay location is a temporary camp Mayor Ed Murray has allowed to operate until a more permanent solution can be found. The fire is the latest danger in a long series of issues plaguing Seattle homeless camps.
