A woman was hit by a Sound Transit bus in downtown Seattle Friday afternoon.
It happened along 5th Ave. between S. Jackson and S. Weller streets.
The victim was trapped for a short time, and it is believed that her injuries are not life-threatening.
As of 6:30 p.m. Friday, 5th Ave. remained blocked, with traffic and King County Metro bus routes rerouted.
